The special, hosted by Martin Landau (who co-stars in the movie), also features interviews with Gillian Anderson, David Duchovny and Chris Carter, clips from the movie, mash notes from "X-Files" fans Rosie O'Donnell (is there anything she isn't a fan of?), Stephen King, William Gibson and Melissa Etheridge, and a performance by Sting, who appears on the movie soundtrack. ABC counter-programs the "X-Files" extravaganza with a prime-time episode of General Hospital (8 p.m., ABC). Jeff Foxworthy hosts the Music City News Country Awards (9 p.m., Nashville Network). Performers include Vince Gill, LeAnn Rimes, Trisha Yearwood and the Lynns. Dream Machines (9 p.m. EDT/10 PDT, History Channel), a five-part series about classic cars and motorcycles of the 20th century, begins with the story of Harley-Davidson.
