Nightly reruns of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys (6 p.m., USA) and Xena: Warrior Princess (7 p.m., USA) debut in cable syndication. Xena every night -- please join me in a war whoop. Harrison Ford is the subject of a new Biography (8 p.m. EDT/9 PDT, A&E). Amanda doesn't see trouble coming on a new Melrose Place (8 p.m., Fox). On a rerun of Everybody Loves Raymond (8:30 p.m., CBS), Ray doesn't want to get involved when Debra has a beef with a fellow Little League parent. On the second Raymond rerun (9 p.m.), Ray learns that everyone thinks Robert is the handsome one in the family. Georgia makes Billy and Ally an indecent proposal on a rerun of Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox). Buffy the Vampire Slayer (9 p.m., WB) reruns the episode where Angel and Xander help Buffy face the Master's ultimate wrath. 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) updates a report from earlier this year on mothers who kill their newborns.
