On 7th Heaven (8 p.m., WB), Matt has a bad feeling about his fraternity's initiation night plans. A case involving a choir singer and her ex-lover parallels Ally's situation with Billy on Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox). Jennifer Holliday guests. On Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS), Ray and Debra think Frank is a danger to other drivers.
