On a Very Special Episode of 7th Heaven (8 p.m., WB), handgun violence hits close to home for the Camdens. Rob Schneider guests as a would-be suitor who won't leave uninterested Ally alone on Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox). On Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS), Ray is envious when his friend Andy (Andy Kindler) gets published in a magazine that has rejected Ray's work. Grace learns that Will doesn't tell her everything on Will & Grace (9:30 p.m., NBC).
