Brush up on your ubby-dubby language, the '70s kids' show Zoom (check local times, PBS) returns with all new episodes featuring a new cast and a '90s slant on things. Biography (8 p.m. EST/9 PST, A&E) has part two of its four-hour Rat Pack special featuring vintage footage of Frank, Dean, Sammy and the gang. The pilot episode of Ally McBeal (8 p.m., Fox) shows how Ally came to work for Cage and Fish. Another rerun follows (9 p.m.); it's the one where a case involving a choir singer (Jennifer Holliday) and her ex-boyfriend hits home for Ally. On a rerun of Everybody Loves Raymond (8 p.m., CBS), both Debra and Marie are jealous of how much the kids like their new baby sitter. Note that "Raymond" airs an hour earlier than usual tonight. The new series On the Inside (8 p.m., Discovery Channel) begins with a two-hour look at previously top-secret submarine disasters. Famous Families (9 p.m., Fox Family Channel) profiles the Cassidys (David, Shaun and mom Shirley Jones) and the Osmonds.
For those who want to relive the sugar high of "You've Got Mail," CBS has a rerun of Sleepless in Seattle (9 p.m., CBS), Meg-and-Tom's 1993 romantic comedy about an unfulfilled writer who develops a sight unseen relationship with a lonely widower through a call-in radio show.
