Biography (8 p.m. EST/9 PST, A&E) continues "Rat Pack Week" with a rerun of a show about Sammy Davis Jr. Dateline NBC (8 p.m., NBC) has a segment on Elvis Presley biographer Peter Guralnick. Not to be confused with "Dateline," Lateline (9 p.m., NBC), the Al Franken-produced satire of TV newsmagazines, returns with 13 new episodes. This week, Conan O'Brien and Andy Richter have cameos. Great Performances (check local times, PBS) presents "The Rodgers and Hart Story: Thou Swell, Thou Witty," a profile of the songwriting team, interspersed with performances of some of their best-known songs. On Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC), McCoy tries to nail a white supremacist leader for a murder committed by his followers. America Undercover (10:30 p.m., HBO) presents "Out at Work," a documentary about workplace discrimination against gays and lesbians at companies in Georgia, California and Michigan. Retired Army Col.
