Some people think this is better than a Victoria's Secret fashion show: The 123rd Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show (8 p.m., USA) gets under way with a three-hour telecast from Madison Square Garden. The '60s (9 p.m., NBC) ends tonight. For some. Jerry O'Connell and Josh Hamilton star. The 1996 drama Courage Under Fire (9 p.m., ABC) has its network premiere. Denzel Washington plays a troubled Army officer investigating the Gulf War death of pilot Meg Ryan.
Annie gives birth to twins and the other five kids wonder how much life in the Camden household is going to change on 7th Heaven (8 p.m., WB). Dilbert (8 p.m., UPN) does battle with Lena the engineering warrior princess, who's out to steal his ideas. On The King of Queens (8:30 p.m., CBS), Arthur (played by Jerry Stiller) meets a woman (played by Anne Meara) at a Valentine's Day dance for seniors. Isn't that cute casting? Ray and Robert have to do a video presentation about Frank when his lodge chooses him as "Man of the Year" on Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS). The American Experience (check local times, PBS) presents "Alone on the Ice," which chronicles Adm. Richard Byrd's Arctic expedition of 1933-35. Ally (and Ling) help a dying kid who wants to sue God on Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox). He'd be better off suing David E. Kelley.
