Dateline NBC (8 p.m., NBC) has a hidden-camera investigation of an Arizona religious cult led by "Gabriel of Sedona." On The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC), it's not pretty when Drew, Oswald and Lewis sabotage each other's attempts to woo Tracy. McCoy has a messy case on his hands when a teenager dies as the result of a religious exorcism on Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC).

Rosie O'Donnell hosts the 41st annual Grammy Awards (8 p.m., CBS), from Los Angeles. Scheduled performers include nominee champ Lauryn Hill, Madonna, Luciano Pavarotti, Aerosmith and Shania Twain. Presenters include Will Smith, Jerry Seinfeld, Eric Clapton, Alanis Morissette, Beck, Sheryl Crow, Bono and Sting. Fox counterprograms the Grammys with the first network airing of The Nutty Professor (8 p.m., Fox), Eddie Murphy's 1996 remake of the Jerry Lewis classic. Murphy plays seven characters. Co-starring Jada Pinkett. On Lance Burton: Top Secret (9 p.m., NBC), the self-proclaimed "Master Magician" makes a Stealth Bomber disappear from a hangar at Edwards Air Force Base.
