Mariah Carey and Blair Underwood host the 30th annual NAACP Image Awards (8 p.m., Fox). Will Smith will be honored as entertainer of the year, B.B. King and Kathleen Battle are inducted into the hall of fame and Michael Jordan gets a big send-off. Performers and presenters include Brandy, Eric Clapton, Morgan Freeman and Lauryn Hill.

Sweeps ended yesterday, and the networks have wasted no time in hauling out the reruns. On an elderly Friends (8 p.m., NBC), Ross prepares for life with Emily, while Rachel and Monica think they've found Big Foot. On a rerun of The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC), the guys pull a "Full Monty" to raise money for a new dog for Mrs. Louder. Just Shoot Me (9:30 p.m., NBC) reruns the one where Maya meets Elliott's "slow" brother Donnie (David Cross). Meanwhile, on a rerun of ER (10 p.m., NBC), it's as if George Clooney never left. 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) has some new content scheduled: a look at new methods to relieve pain.
