The new TV movie Crime in Connecticut: The Story of Alex Kelly (9 p.m., CBS) dramatizes the case of the high school athlete accused of rape who, with his parents' help, remained a fugitive from justice for eight years. Matthew Settle, Margot Kidder and Cassidy Rae star.
