The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony (9 p.m., VH1), which took place Monday in New York City, was, by all accounts, a rocking, yet weepy, time. Elton John led a posthumous tribute to inductee Dusty Springfield. Other performers and speechifiers: Bono, Neil Young, Bonnie Raitt, Melissa Etheridge, Wilson Pickett and Lauryn Hill.
