Lost

ABC

You've waited a while for Thursday night's fourth-season premiere of "Lost," long enough that you might need a quick refresher on what happened in last season's finale. Thankfully, ABC will air that two-hour episode tonight (8 p.m. EST), so you can reel in the staggering implications of that grim flash-forward all over again. Why does Jack long to return to the island? What kind of pills is he addicted to? What do the other survivors do once they leave the island? And most importantly, will flash-forwards replace flashbacks in the final seasons of the show? Relive the good old bad times tonight!

If you're in the mood for a little competitive spirit, the winning duo is chosen in the finale of "Crowned: The Mother of All Pageants" (8 p.m. EST on the CW), "America's Ballroom Challenge" continues (8 p.m. EST on PBS), and more auditions are held on "American Idol" (8 p.m. EST on Fox). Aspiring gymnast Sophie shows up for therapy on HBO's nightly drama "In Treatment" (9:30 p.m. EST), while "Project Runway," "Top Chef" and "Queer Eye" lovers might want to tune in for "20 Most Outrageous Bravo Moments" (10 p.m. EST on Bravo).
