The two-hour season finale of Law & Order (9 p.m., NBC) is also Benjamin Bratt's swan song; the actor is leaving the show to move from New York back home to San Francisco where the pace is slower and where a guy can walk down the street with Julia Roberts and not get mobbed by autograph seekers. As for the episode, it's sort of a remake of "Witness," with a small boy as the witness to a brutal Russian mob hit. There's a lot of singing and dancing on the season finale of The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC), as the cast engages in another production number while trying to save the department store from demolition. On the season ender of Charmed (9 p.m., WB), the witches are caught in a time loop and forced to repeat the same tired old plot line over and over. On the cliffhanger season finale of Star Trek: Voyager (9 p.m., UPN), the Voyager answers a distress call from a Federation ship under attack, but the crew finds that the attack may be justified. Norm (9:30 p.m., ABC) wraps up its season with the big charity hockey game that Norm hopes will get him reinstated into the NHL. - - - - - - - - - - - - Specials The three-part documentary series Wild Indonesia (check local times, PBS) examines the people, wildlife and plant life of the island chain.
