Series

Lana Turner is the subject of a new Biography (8 p.m. ET/9 PT, A&E). On Friends (8 p.m., NBC), Rachel's sister (guest Reese Witherspoon) tries to seduce Ross out of spite, while Phoebe learns that her twin has been moonlighting as a porn actress. The guys are ordered to attend a sensitivity training seminar on Popular (8 p.m., WB). Frasier (9 p.m., NBC) takes his father to the opera on Valentine's Day; naturally, some new friends think they're gay. A gun battle in the hospital leaves a series regular dead on ER (10 p.m., NBC). 20/20 Downtown (10 p.m., ABC) revisits the story of Brandon Teena, subject of the movie "Boys Don't Cry."
