On The West Wing (9 p.m., NBC), first daughter Zoe is in a tight spot when a reporter digs up dirt about her extracurricular activities. Felicity (9 p.m., WB) moves from Sundays to Wednesdays with an episode about Felicity's first campus sit-in. Michael McKean and Annette O'Toole guest as a pair of financial gurus who arouse suspicions on Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC). South Park (10 p.m., Comedy Central) has its belated season premiere, in which the boys uncover some disturbing truths about the tooth fairy. Errol Morris profiles orchestra conductor Henry Lewis on First Person (10:30 p.m., Bravo).
