Ben's father (guest John Ritter) and Felicity have an awkward moment on Felicity (9 p.m., WB). On Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC), a murder suspect flees to Israel, and an extradition fight begins.

The miniseries American Tragedy (9 p.m., CBS), dramatizing the O.J. Simpson criminal trial, concludes. Ron Silver and Ving Rhames star. The documentary series Napoleon (9 p.m., PBS, check local times) also wraps up with a two-hour installment in which Napoleon crowns himself emperor and then plummets from the heights of power.
