Diane Sawyer interviews Dr. Jerri Nielsen, who diagnosed her own breast cancer while stationed at the South Pole, on Prime Time (10 p.m., ABC). The new series Making the TV Show (10:30 p.m., MTV) goes behind the scenes on hit series. First up: "That '70s Show." Turn Ben Stein On (11 p.m., Comedy Central) begins a new season with guest D.L.
