On the season finale of The West Wing (9 p.m., NBC), Aaron Sorkin's 'shroom habit finally becomes apparent when Mrs. Landingham is killed off again, just like Kenny on "South Park." This time, she's hit by falling pieces of an old Soviet satellite. But seriously ... it is the season finale, and storms of a political and a Weather Channel nature are bearing down on the Bartlet presidency. Oh my God! They killed Mrs. Landingham! Those bastards! On Felicity (9 p.m., WB), Javier is hospitalized with chest pains, leaving Felicity in charge of the shop during finals. Carey Lowell returns to Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC) in her old role of Jamie Ross; she's defending a student accused of a fatal school shooting. On That's My Bush! (10:30 p.m., Comedy Central), Barbara Bush, who constantly criticizes Laura, shows up just when Laura is organizing a ceremony celebrating the 100 millionth arrest in the War on Drugs.

The three-hour marathon TV Land Ties the Knot (8 p.m. ET/ 5 PT, TV Land) unspools wedding episodes from "Rhoda," "The Mary Tyler Moore Show," "Get Smart" and other classic sitcoms. The Marilyn Monroe miniseries Blonde (9 p.m., CBS) wraps up. The documentary True Life: Camp Scott Lock-Up (10 p.m., MTV) looks at a boot camp where troubled teenage girls get a chance to turn their lives around.
