Jul. 15, 2006 | "I'm the epitome of success in the absence of talent," says the Naked Cowboy, a guy who, after 49 arrests in 49 states, finally found fame, a calling and a place at the table as a fixture in Times Square. Matthew Pond's short (7:10 minutes long) will be playing at Rooftop Films’ "New York Non-Fiction" show on Friday July 14, at Automotive High School in Williamsburg.
