Jan. 16, 2007 | It’s official: the tie is off and he’s thinking about running for president. Here’s Barack Obama announcing he's decided to form a Presidential Exploratory Committee. So, today’s announcement could lead to another announcement sometime down the road. Is it possible that it won’t? This video is good, but we kind of liked Barack’s "Monday Night Football" announcement a little more.
