In "Brits' trick: No treats," Debbie Howlett is faced with an impossible Halloween task -- she has to take her kid trick-or-treating in a country where people hang Grinch-like signs on their doors, bah-humbugging the day and basically telling you to go away. She obviously won the hearts, or shall we say pity, of our voters: She is this month's proud recipient of the crown, and a visit from the scum-scrubbing Merry Maids cleaning service.
