Drink more tea

Well, I do hate a link to Fox News, but it's the first place I noticed this story, so fair's fair. A new study, published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, has found that women who drink at least two cups of tea a day lower their chance of getting ovarian cancer by 46 percent, and that every additional cuppa lowers their risk by an additional 18 percent.

While there have been a zillion studies demonstrating the antioxidant benefits of green and black teas, this is the first to look specifically at the connection between tea and ovarian cancer.
