Columnist: Actually, Gloucester girls should be mocked

There is something to be said for the notion of creating a culture in which teens avoid getting pregnant because it's "just not done" (presumably, because they have better things to do). But there's also something to be said for not being a nasty jackass.

Here, Boston Herald columnist/talk show host Michael Graham -- lamenting the absence of societal shame as a deterrent to randy teen boys slutty teen girls -- praises (one day after criticizing) the role of the, er, Rabelaisian display at the recent "Horribles" parade: "When the same girl shows up at the school clinic for five pregnancy tests in one month, shouldn't somebody be mocking her for it?"

Huh. Hasn't stopped you.
