The "defining issue" in 2008? Mitch McConnell says it won't be Iraq.

Need more proof of the Republicans' obsession with Hillary Clinton? The Hotline has it: The Courier-Journal of Louisville, Ky., asked Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell this weekend if he thought the war in Iraq would be the "defining issue" in the 2008 presidential election. "No," he said. "I think the defining issue in '08 is going to be Hillary Clinton and the Democrats in Washington who are busily at work trying to raise taxes, [and] add more regulation and more litigation."
