How John McCain ruined television

 Could a reality show really have been worse than a presidential campaign?

Admittedly, the New York Post's Page Six isn't always the most reliable of sources. But sometimes they have a story that's just too fun to question.

On Friday, the gossip column reported that, not long after the election, Cindy McCain was talking with the producers of reality show "Dancing With the Stars" about appearing on the show. But apparently her husband, John McCain, "put the kibosh on it." 

And he calls himself a maverick.
