Indicted Texas Rep. Tom DeLay doesn't get to be the House majority leader anymore, but "reform-minded" Republicans have made sure that the once-mighty doesn't fall too far. They've just given DeLay a coveted seat on the House Appropriations Committee and another on a House subcommittee that oversees the Justice Department. That would be the same Justice Department, of course, that's investigating DeLay's role in the Jack Abramoff case.
