Those secret orders making the Bush administration's secret wiretapping program suddenly legal? If the Electronic Frontier Foundation has its way, they won't be secret long.
The EFF, which is also the plaintiff in a suit against AT&T for cooperating with the government on the warrantless wiretapping program, announced the latest action in a press release today. According to the release, the EFF is seeking public release of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court orders that retroactively legalized the Bush administration's surveillance.
