Like most break-ups, the end of the affair between Cindy Sheehan and the Democrats has been full of hurt feelings, angry words, and now, it seems, a threat.

Trouble started brewing in January, when the woman many consider the mother of the anti-war movement crashed a press conference held by House Democratic leaders. She and fellow protesters drove Rep. Rahm Emanuel, D-Ill., from the microphone with their chants of "De-escalate! Investigate! Troops home now!" and Sheehan delivered her own impromptu address. Then, in late May, Sheehan announced that she was leaving the Democratic Party and planned to bow out of the anti-war movement completely, citing disillusionment with the new Congress she helped elect.

Now, Sheehan has upped the ante once again, telling the Associated Press that if Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) doesnb

Sheehan, who lives near Sacramento, Calif., apparently plans to announce her conditional candidacy tomorrow as she kicks off a bus trip from Crawford, Texas, to Washington, D.C.
