Is the leader of the free world actually concerned about how his fashion sense is portrayed in Austin?

When Austin American-Statesman reporter Marques Harper wrote a piece tweaking the president for dressing like "Walker, Texas Ranger" while vacationing at his compound in Crawford, he got some e-mails from readers who thought his story was stupid.

According to the Washington Post, he also got a call from White House spokeswoman Dana Perino, who told him that the president of the United States had read the story and was not amused.
