Virginia called for McCain

Networks have started giving the state to John McCain, ending a little bit of suspense in an unexpectedly close race.

Well, it was fun while it lasted, but though Virginia was unexpectedly close, it looks like John McCain has eked out a victory over Mike Huckabee. Fox News, MSNBC and CNN have all called the state for McCain. And though Huckabee has kept the race there remarkably close, it won't matter in the end -- Virginia is a winner-take-all state, and (assuming the networks have called this one right) Huckabee will come away with no delegates from it.
