Best sentence from an Associated Press story in, well, ever:
When you take the oath of office in Kentucky, you have to swear that you haven't taken part in a duel with deadly weapons.
Unfortunately, it seems that people swearing the oath don't really take that part seriously these days, and so lawmakers are considering a change to the state's constitution that would remove that specific part of it. A shame, really.
