Salon.com Records Largest Traffic Month Ever

Feb. 7, 2001 | SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Salon.com (Nasdaq: SALN), a leading Internet media company, today announced that its site traffic on the Salon.com network surged in January 2001 to 51.2 million page views, the largest traffic month recorded in its five-year history. Recently, Salon.com announced the launch of "Salon.com Radio," a weekly radio show premiering March 1, 2001. The show will be distributed by Public Radio International (PRI) and carried by more than 100 PRI affiliate stations across the country, with plans to expand to 200 stations by the end of 2001.
