I've got a family and that's what's supposed to be the most important thing." In addition to caring for his new family, he must now learn to navigate an autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system in often unpredictable ways. Osbourne's condition first manifested itself when he lost 60 percent of his vision in one eye.
