Prince Harry is back in the U.S. and this time, presumably, staying out of trouble. Along with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, the British royal toured New Jersey's Mantoloking and Seaside Heights, two neighborhoods still recovering from the damage wreaked by Superstorm Sandy in 2012.

“Believe me, nobody’s going to get naked if I’m spending the entire day with Prince Harry,” Christie joked during a radio interview. The governor also presented Prince Harry with a "royal fleece," a nod to Christie's much-parodied fleece that's "basically fused" to his skin:

Prince Harry addresses nudity scandal after five months

Prince Harry, third in line for the throne of England and the first to fall in a string of Royal Family scandals last year, spoke candidly for the first time about the pictures published of him naked in a Las Vegas hotel five months ago. He admitted that "I let my family down, I let other people down," but maintained that the media should never have exploited the opportunity. "At the end of the day I was in a private area and there should be a certain amount of privacy one should expect," he said. The prince, who is currently stationed in Aghanistan, added, "It was letting off steam, it's all understandable, you're going out to Aghanistan, well, the papers knew I was going out to Afghan anyway, so the way I was treated from them, I didn't think was acceptable."

Taliban unimpressed by Prince Harry’s remarks

Taliban spokesman "Zabiullah Mujahid" (thought to represent a number of militants in Afghanistan) has barbed Prince Harry's recent comments about serving in the British military.

"He doesn’t have the brain to know there is a war here,” the spokesman told the Guardian in response to questions about comments from Capt. Wales' (Harry's military title).

Harry admitted publicly to killing people while he was a co-pilot in an Apache helicopter and, somewhat callously, chalked his skills up to practice with video games. "It’s a joy for me because I’m one of those people who loves playing PlayStation and Xbox, so with my thumbs I like to think I’m probably quite useful," he said.

“I think he has a mental problem; that’s why he is saying it is a game,” the Mujahid said, expressing disbelief that the prince had engaged in real warfare. “I don’t believe that he participated in the fighting,” said the spokesman. “Maybe he has seen the mujahideen in a movie, but that’s it.”

The prince's comments were made during a recently completed 20-week deployment as a gunner in a British Apache helicopter:

Esquire magazine has (finally) dubbed actress Mila Kunis as 2012's sexiest woman. In reality, the 29-year-old Ukrainian has been sexy pretty much since the days of "That 70's Show," but it's nice to know that consistently strong roles ("Friends With Benefits," "Black Swan") and dating (maybe?) Ashton Kutcher have elevated her to every man's consciousness, where she belongs and should remain forever and ever.

Based on the interview, she sounds pretty down to earth. Of her humor, Kunis told the magazine, "I just know how to deliver a joke. There are people who naturally exude humor and are constantly saying funny things, and there are the people who know how to deliver a joke. It's a learned skill. Through twenty years of doing this, I practice it. I think that the second you think that you're funny is when you stop being funny."

Sympathy for Kate Middleton

As far as tabloid coups go, this one certainly has all the markings of the brass ring. It's the publication, in the French magazine Closer, of what the magazine says is Kate Middleton lounging with her husband, the future king of England. Topless. Quel scandale!

The photographs, which Closer is teasing as "les photos sexy en Provence," were taken recently while the couple was on holiday at a family member's chateau. In them, the duchess is seen removing her bandeau and relaxing as she and her husband appear to apply sunscreen to each other. It's a scene of intimate unguardedness, a private moment in what the royal family has called a "secluded location" -- made as public as possible.

And for that – despite the inevitable outbreaks out slavering over the duchess' knockers you'll find out there right now – there's been a loud and negative backlash. Apparently there really is still a line of invasiveness and tastelessness to be crossed in our long-lensed world, and Closer magazine just tap-danced right over it.

Naked Kate Middleton?

The media will not rest until it has seen every member of the Royal Family naked--or semi-naked. French magazine Closer has published pictures of Kate Middleton topless, cavorting around with a man! Except that, by "cavorting" I mean "sunbathing in private," and by "a man," I mean that guy she is married to, Prince William.

In other words, the paparazzi majorly creeped on the Royal couple. That makes the French publishers, as The Telegraph calls them "grinning perverts." The French magazine described the event as such:

Are online nudie pics an art form?

If you've happened upon any tabloid media over the past week, you've likely seen the scowling, scolding headlines about Prince Harry's "wild night in Vegas." The shock and awe directed toward the now 27-year-old son of Princess Di was not necessarily about his "wild night," however, but directed in particular towards photos leaked by some of his comrades during a night of nude billiards. Of course, it was such a scandal—Harry's whole life seems to be about having the absolute minimum amount of decorum expected of him as a royal -- but one can imagine the collective gasp heard 'round Buckingham Palace when his naked butt landed on the Internet. But the typically Victorian horror from the royals brought to light a valid question for Americans, who were ostensibly untethered from the Queen's morals 200 years ago: why are we so freaked out about sexting? Why are we so freaked out about Internet nudes? And does our fear of the union of the naked human body and technology create an environment where bad-news exploiters (like "revenge pornographer" Hunter Moore) can thrive?

Prince Harry, popular as ever?

LONDON, UK — Here’s a fun game to play: Try to imagine a scandal Prince Harry can’t shrug off.

Far from destroying his reputation, saucy cell-phone snaps of him playing strip billiards in Las Vegas earlier this month made many believe the third in line to the British throne to be cooler than ever.

It wasn’t his first time to have embarrassed his family with an indiscretion that captured global attention — or emerged even more popular.

Now there can be very few people with an internet connection who aren’t familiar with Harry’s torso since the gossip site TMZ published fuzzy photos of the young royal baring all while cavorting with scantily clad women in a hotel suite.

Although the pictures stirred media outrage at home and a somewhat farcical debate about whether British newspapers should refrain from publishing photographs that everyone has already seen, many reacted by showing support instead of scorn.

More naked Prince Harry?

Looks like Prince Harry won't be able to recover from his drunken night of revelry as quickly as he'd hoped: Two American women claim to have videos of the naked prince partying in his Vegas hotel room.

The U.K.'s highest-profile publicist, Max Clifford, who is not known to be a prude, has already turned down the opportunity to buy the video. He told the Associated Press, “It’s an infringement of his privacy. That’s why I said no.”

But the Internet is hungering for the naked prince, and it's unlikely that one refreshingly principled publicist will be enough to stave it off. RadarOnline reports that "There have been some very quiet inquiries to see how much the video is worth," adding, perhaps hopefully, "If the video goes public this could be the biggest Royal scandal ever.”

PR consultant: More Harry photos to come

LONDON (AP) — Brace yourself, Harry.

Britain's most prominent public relations guru said Friday he'd been approached by two women who want to sell their photos of Prince Harry, suggesting that the world may soon be seeing more of the unusually exposed British royal.

In comments to BBC television, Max Clifford said he had been approached by two American women who claim they were in the prince's hotel room in the U.S. last week. Clifford, a savvy operator famous for negotiating kiss-and-tell interviews, said the women were trying to sell their photographs — but that he had turned them down.

"Two people at that party came to me and asked me, would I represent them? Would I sell their photos?" he said. "I said 'no.'"

Harry was photographed romping in the nude during a party at his Las Vegas hotel suite. The pictures — published by celebrity gossip site TMZ earlier this week — have caused a global stir. Many Britons have laughed off the 27-year-old prince's hijinks, but questions have been raised about the prince's publicly-funded security detail.

Royally embarrassing

Prince Harry is being criticized after photos surfaced of him playing a game of strip pool with friends at a party in Las Vegas. The photos leave nothing to the imagination and also picture some equally naked female friends.

This isn't the first time Prince Harry has raised some eyebrows with his antics. Hand-in-hand with the strip pool debacle is a video, also released this week, of the prince "racing" Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte at 3 a.m. in a pool full of scantily clad women.

This isn't the first time Harry has been caught on camera acting like someone who will never have to work for a living. Who can forget the infamous Nazi soldier outfit he wore to a friend's party back in 2005?
