A source told TMZ that Lohan was caught in a scuffle with another woman, after saying something that sounded like "Give me my space." According to the source, the two separated but then Lohan allegedly came back to punch the woman in the face.

Police have also charged Lohan with three other crimes today, after her now-infamous Porsche rammed into an 18-wheeler on Pacific Coast Highway in June. Lohan has been charged with reckless driving, giving false information to an officer and obstruction.
