As of this post, the other cable networks are still holding off on a decision, but CNN has just projected that Hillary Clinton will come in second in South Carolina's Democratic primary, and John Edwards will place third. If you're just joining us, Barack Obama was projected as the winner immediately after polls closed.
Update: MSNBC has projected Clinton in second place as well, and as we note above, Clinton has put out a concession statement.
