A stoned Kanye West shocked the crowd at MTV's VMA awards Sunday night by announcing his presidential bid in the 2020 elections.
The Grammy-winning rapper told the audience that he's "No Politician, Bro!" but this isn’t the first time he has dabbled in talk of politics ("racism is a dated concept," "George Bush doesn't care about black people" and that time he wore the Confederate Flag).
