We really thought that this campaign spot for Dennis Rasmussen, a candidate in the Democratic primary for a Maryland U.S. Senate seat, was really a spoof. That was until we found it on his Web site -- where we also learned that "'Dennis' means 'wise discerner'" and that "Dennis owns and manages one of the State's most successful and respected governmental relations and advocacy firms," all of which we seriously doubt after watching this ad.
