Mortgage Rates For The Past 52 Weeks, At A Glance

WASHINGTON (AP) — The average rate on the 30-year fixed mortgage jumped this week after standing pat at record lows for three straight weeks, Freddie Mac said Thursday. The rate has been below 4 percent for 12 consecutive weeks.

Here’s a look at rates for fixed- and adjustable-rate mortgages over the past 52 weeks:
