The White House has yet to respond to a petition urging for the deportation of public menace and occasional pop singer Justin Bieber, but the suggestion now has Virginia Senator Mark Warner's support.

The petition, now with more than 245,000 signatures, requires an official response from the White House. “There will be a response when the threshold is crossed," White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said on Friday during a press conference. "That response will come, I’m sure, relatively soon. I don’t have one now on matters related to visas. I would refer you to DHS.”

FM 99 radio host Rick Rumble asked the senator about the White House's forthcoming response. Warner offered only that he was in favor of the idea. "As a dad with three daughters, is there some place I can sign?" he asked. He followed it up with this tweet:

Warner may not be too popular among Beliebers, but the Democrat just earned some points with practically every other constituent in his state.
