People of the Internet, look at what you've done. All those Left Shark tweets and Facebook posts and Tumblr memes have created this fresh dystopian tale: An official Left Shark costume is now available for purchase on Katy Perry's official website. Are you happy?

Those who have $129.99 to spare — and also are possibly dead inside — can finally experience what it's like to be a living, breathing meme.

Pros: The onesie says "Katy Perry" on the back, so you can let the world know that you're down to have a good time. It covers your entire face so you can go about your day, "Walking on Air," and without ever being identified by judgmental peers.

Con: The downfall of human society.


If there's one silver lining here, it's that the official "Left Shark" onesie is a substantial upgrade from some of the other DIY costumes we've been seeing:
