Not even Vin Diesel's karaoke tunes can lift our spirits anymore

Vin Diesel is Groot. We are all Groot. Therefore, we all must need to experience some karaoke tunes from time to time to get us through emotional turbulence.

Alas, Diesel has returned to the karaoke stage to pay tribute to his "Fast & Furious" co-star Paul Walker. While past songs have taken on a jokier, light-hearted tone -- perhaps, you still remember his Valentine's gift to the Internet -- his latest, a cover of Tove Lo's "Habits," is a much more somber, stripped-down tune accompanied by a montage of his late "Fast & Furious" friend.

"The ever continuing process of healing," he writes in the video's description. Apparently we can't even turn to Diesel's karaoke anymore for that much-needed laugh at the end of the day.
