A new anti-LGBT provision has been added to a House bill that was passed on Wednesday, allowing federal contractors to openly discriminate against gay and transgender people based on religious beliefs. The amendment overturns the latest order from President Obama in 2014 on protecting the rights of LGBGT people in the workplace.
