MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski blasted President Donald Trump for insulting his former mistress Stormy Daniels — and she asked his White House aides how much more they would tolerate.

The “Morning Joe” co-host said Trump’s “horseface” insult was just the latest in a long pattern of mocking women for their looks, and she said that made the president’s hush money payout to Daniels even more baffling.

“I guess one would have to ask why he would pay $130,000 to someone he calls that to, why he would have sex with someone he calls ‘horseface’ while he was married to his wife,” Brzezinski said. “That’s sort of sad and disturbed, and you just wonder what could the Russians have on him if he is this base and animalistic and disgusting.”

Sam Stein, the politics editor for The Daily Beast, said the president’s behavior was cruel and immature.

“As parents or friends or whatever, if we heard someone say that about a woman, we would be shocked and we would admonish them and tell them that’s crazy and we would tell them not to do that again,” he said.

Brzezinski blamed Trump supporters for egging on the president’s bad behavior, and she called out White House staffers for enabling him.

“Honestly, for me, this is one of the many, many, many ways this president has shown us that he is not fit, possibly not even well,” she said. “I don’t understand the people in this administration taking matters into their own hands and trying to sort of stick it out because they can keep things together.”

Brzezinski said the president was shredding American foreign policy and making the U.S. an international joke with his personal behavior and by backing autocrats — such as helping Saudi Arabia cover up the apparent murder of a Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi.

“At some point, you are working for a president who is not fit to lead, who is going to do something crazy in five minutes, one hour, tonight or tomorrow,” Brzezinski said. “What more do you need to hear from him to start thinking 25th Amendment or something else? This is not okay, this is not normal.”
