It looks like Democrats have a massive backlog of Trump scandals to investigate.

Axios is reporting that “there are at least 85 topics that Democrats have said they’d target — or are expected to target — in the forthcoming torrent of investigations and subpoenas” related to President Donald Trump’s administration.

The report cautions that Democrats won’t unleash this torrent of subpoenas all at once, however, as Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Ca. tells Axios that the first priorities will be probing Trump’s past business dealings with Russia and negotiations with North Korea.

Other topics that Axios believes Democrats will pursue in investigations include Trump’s tax returns, which he has refused to release for years despite promising to do so; whether Trump’s businesses got special favors from the Chinese government, including Ivanka Trump getting awarded trademarks during trade negotiations; the administration’s policy of separating immigrant parents from their children at the border; and the administration’s response to Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico.

In addition to all that, Axios’ Jonathan Swan has found that House Democrats have already made 64 different subpoena requests that were blocked by House Republicans — read the full list here.
