Two llamas escaped in Phoenix, Az. leading to an extremely exciting chase, that lasted for a solid hour, and televised on a number of live-streams. Maybe you grew up in an area surrounded by farms, or in a lush forest where animals running around don't leave you un-phased. Fine. But can you allow us a little joy?
The black llama was apprehended first (race in America, am I right?), and the white llama pranced around for a glorious few minutes more, before being lassoed and solemnly marched back to its pen (or whatever).
People, Twitter was made for these times and it did not disappoint, turning the whole debacle into a much-needed lesson about racial inequality.
The llama chase of 2015 is dead; long live the llama chase of 2015.
