Is Roe v. Wade doomed? Is the Voting Rights Act secure? With today's conservative-leaning Supreme Court, the future of major legislation is uncertain, says Supreme Court expert Ian Millhiser. "When you control the Supreme Court, you have the option to abandon democracy," the author and Vox correspondent said on "Salon Talks."
