Kathy Griffin has been known for years for her irreverent, unapologetic brand of comedy, which clearly translates well to other aspects of her life. The comedian announced in a lengthy and unabashed Twitter post on Thursday that she would be leaving her role as the host of E!'s "Fashion Police," where she served as Joan Rivers' successor for just 7 episodes.
"After 7 episodes of 'Fashion Police,' I discovered that my style does not fit with the creative direction of the show & now it's time to move on," Griffin wrote:

E! has not yet announced a replacement for Griffin, but confirmed to Deadline that she will be leaving "Fashion Police." "We wish her all the best and are grateful for her time on the show, as well as the many laughs that she gave us all," an E! spokesperson said.
