Covering a popular song on national television comes with a hefty price tag these days, which is why Craig Robinson (of "The Office" fame) used his guest spot on "The Late Late Show" Wednesday night to perform a collection of jazzed-up "public domain" songs. You know -- the free ones, like "For He's a Jolly Good Fellow" and "Mary Had a Little Lamb."
"Late Late Show" host James Gorden even showed off his vocal chops, assisting with a Beatles-y remix of "She'll Be Coming 'Round the Mountain," among many others.
"With a song that timeless, who needs Kanye. Am I right?" Corden quipped during the segment.
No, you're not right, Corden.
