Drew is the victim (again) of one of Mimi's pranks on The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC). On Roswell (9 p.m., WB), Kyle's jealousy grows when Liz turns to Max for comfort in the wake of her grandmother's illness. On Halloween, the South Park (10 p.m., Comedy Central) boys battle fifth-grade bullies and pirate ghosts, with the help of the band Korn.

Specials

The naturalist discusses her spiritual journey in Jane Goodall: Reason for Hope (check local times, PBS). Wonders of the African World (check local times, PBS) wraps up with a survey of the great lost cities of South Africa and Zimbabwe. The Friars Club Roast of Jerry Stiller (10:30 p.m., Comedy Central) features cruel putdowns and dirty jokes (all to benefit charity) about the man who sired Ben. Oh, yeah -- he played Frank Costanza on "Seinfeld" too. Jason Alexander hosts; Ben Stiller, Jerry's wife and comedy partner Anne Meara, Alan King, Kevin James (from Jerry's current sitcom, "The King of Queens") and Sandra Bernhard are among those stoking the coals.
